Error yang muncul pada waktu akses alamat situs internet, tentunya gateway diarahkan ke squid, sebagai transparant proxy.

Setelah di cek, ternyata masalahnya terdapat dalam DNS..

di /etc/resolve.conf tidak menunjukkan ip address dns provider.

dan setelah diluruskan dengan ip address dns provider, error diatas bisa diatasi.

Yup…Error berikut muncul di microsoft outlook 2003, tiba-tiba saja tidak bisa menarik email dari pop3 mail server, pesan error yang ditampilkan adalah

Dan tindakan yang harus dilakukan adalah :

Pastikan windows yang digunakan sudah mendapatkan service pack terbaru(dengan mengecek ke microsoft tentunya), dan jika sudah dilakukan maka ikuti tahap-tahap berikut ini.

1. Tutup microsoft outlook jika telah terbuka.

2. Klik Start, selanjutnya pilih Run.

3.  Dalam box dialog ketik regedit, lalu klik Ok.

4.  Selanjutnya pilih register key sesuai yang berikut ini

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook

5. Setelah mengikuti petunjuk no 4, maka arahkan petunjuk kanan mouse ke Edit Menu, dan pilih DWORD.

6. ketik UseInetcommCS, lalu Enter.

7. Klik kanan mouse di UseInetcommCS, lalu pilih modify.

8. Di value box, masukan angka 1, lalu klik Ok.

9. Di File Menu, klik Exit dan quit keluar dari editor registry.

Buka microsoft outlook, dan pastikan klik send/receive, dan pastikan dapat menarik email melalui pop3 server.
